Actress Lindsay Lohan is once again headed back behind bars. The court sentenced her to 30 days jail time after not attending the court-mandated therapy sessions and being terminated in her community service at a downtown shelter.
LiLo will continue to serve all of her community service at the L.A. County Morgue, and if once again she fail to follow the court order --- additional 270 days in jail.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lindsay to complete required service schedule.
- 12 days of work at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions by December 14, 2011
- 12 days more at the morgue plus 4 therapy sessions by January 17, 2012
- March 29, 2012 is the set date that she must complete the probation task.
L.A. jail's overcrowding situation is giving Lindsay some break. She will serve 20 percent of the 30 days == 6 days. She report Lohan to the women's jail by Nov. 9.
