A short-lived marriage for Avatar star Joel Moore and wife Kineret Karen Ben Yishay Moore as they decided to called it quits!
According to TMZ, Moore filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences."
The two wed on New Year's Day of 2009 and they separated in June.
Joel is known as xenoanthropology scientist Dr. Norm Spellman in the sci-fi 3D movie "Avatar".
