It's a girl for French President Sarkozy & Carla Bruni-Sarkozy

Singer/actress Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, who is also the first lady of France, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday (October 19) in Paris --- the new born is the first French presidential baby and also her first with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

According to reports, Bruni delivered her baby around 8PM at clinique de La Muette. The name of the new born baby girl is still unknown.

President Sarkozy has three sons from two previous marriages, while his wife, has a son from a previous relationship. The two tied the knot February 2008 at the Élysée Palace in Paris.
