Tina Fey Welcomes baby girl Penelope Athena!

Tina Fey's new blessing has arrived! The 41-year-old '30 Rock' actress gave birth to a baby girl Wednesday (August 10)!

She and her husband Jeff Richmond named their new little princess Penelope Athena, according to People.

Tina revealed her second pregnancy during a taped episode on The Oprah Winfrey Show. The new born baby will now join her big sister Alice Zenobia, age 5.
