Maroon 5's Adam Levine criticize MTV Video Music Awards 2011

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine decided to let his sharp opinion out by taking on MTV network especially this Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards. He expressed via twitter his disappointment to the show.

The Voice judge tweeted, "the VMA's. one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I'm drawing a line in the sand. f— you VMA's".

MTV replied a slight jab, “Soooo you’ll be tuning in at 9/8C tomorrow right? (BTW, bonus points if you TwitPic your 2004 Moonman!)”

A few minutes later Levine sent out another tweet: "still waiting to have my "jerry macguire mission statement moment of deep regret..." not happening. phew!"

Adam Levine has some point about MTV's declining focus on 'music' but still VMA is one of the highly anticipated event of the year and it is also adding spice to the industry.
