No jail time for Jaime Pressly after striking a deal on her January 5 DUI arrest. The 34-year-old actress, who is also in the middle of a divorce from husband Simran Singh, will now be on probation for three years.
Jaime was officially charged with DUI and during her arrest, her alcohol level registered .22, nearly three times the legal limit (The legal limit in California is .08).
Aside from the probation, Jaime was also ordered to complete a 6 month alcohol program.
Pressly initially pleaded not guilty to the charges but it seems somebody knockout some senses to her because if found guilty, she's facing six months in jail.
