The changes has begun..... The blond-haired football playing New Directions member is out of McKinley High!
Chord Overstreet, who played transfer student Sam Evans on the show, will not be returning for the upcoming third season of the hit series "Glee".
According to TV line, Chord Overstreet's option as a series regular has been declined by show's creator Ryan Murphy.
Despite being dropped for a regular series stint, Chord could still appear as a "an occasional guest star."
Chord tweeted, "well its been a good yr too bad its over, time for summer and starting fresh.”
Meanwhile, guest star Darren Criss (who plays Kurt's boyfriend, and Warblers' frontman) and Harry Shum, Jr. have had their contracts officially upgraded to full-time series regulars.
The upcoming changes was announced recently by Ryan Murphy about some of the show's main characters and their graduation plan exit by the end of season three.
