Sean Kingston was critically injured and was rushed to the hospital after a jet skiing accident in Miami Beach, Florida on Sunday evening (May 29). The 21 year-old singer was driving the watercraft accompanied by female passenger when it crashed into a bridge.
The initial rescuer who arrived at the scene is Coast Guard Jonathan Rivera. He saw Kingston's head above water. Kingston was "convulsing and throwing up blood all over me".
According to TMZ, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said that Alcohol was not a factor in the jet ski accident.
Kingston has been stabilized but still in critical condition.
Kingston's rep. released a statement, "Sean Kingston is now stabilized and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU. Sean's family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time."
