Actress Natalie Portman is not taking any chances and she definitely wants all the nutrients to her first child.
Talking about mellowing down her vegan diet during her pregnancy. The "Black Swan" actress explained during her interview:
“I actually went back to being vegetarian when I became pregnant, just because I felt like I wanted that stuff. I know there are people who do stay vegan, but I think you have to just be careful, watch your iron levels and your B12 levels and supplement those if there are things you might be low in your diet."
Portman and fiance Benjamin Millepied still doesn't know the gender of the upcoming baby.
“People can say a lot of things and they have a 50 percent chance of being right. I’m Jewish and I think in Judaism, there’s a lot of superstition around not doing too much before the baby comes.”
