'Jersey Shore' Angelina Pivarnick Pregnant with first child

A game changer for former Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick as she confirmed that she's pregnant!

She revealed to TMZ that she is expecting her first child with fiance Dave Kovacs but she refuse to give any more details about the pregnancy.

The two got engaged last February during New York's Fashion Week. Pivarnick starred in the first two seasons of the said reality show.
