Christina Aguilera's Boyfriend Matthew Rutler DUI Charges Dropped

Christina Aguilera got three great news.... The 30 year-old singer's new show, her divorce from Jordan Bratman was finalized and now, her boyfriend Matthew Rutler will not be charged with the DUI incident.


Rutler is capable and legally allowed to drive.... According to TMZ, "Rulter's blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06 at the time of his arrest ... which falls safely under California's legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08."

Rutler and  Aguilera was arrested last March after cops pulled over their car when they noticed that his driving erratically. Aguilera was a passenger.
