Chris Colfer writing Disney Channel Pilot "The Little Leftover Witch"

Chris Colfer is enjoying another achievement beside being a member of the hit musical series "Glee". The young actor is now exploring his other talent which is writing and he has been hired by Disney Channel to write a pilot for a new children’s show.

According to Deadline, "The Little Leftover Witch, based on a children’s book of the same name by Florence Laughlin. The series would be about a little witch who was taken in by a family after crash-landing from her broom."

He also penned an indie coming-of-age comedy titled "Struck By Lightning". He will also headline this film.
