Lindsay Lohan is fighting for her freedom! The 24-year-old actress rejected a plea deal because she strongly believes that her fighting chance is high because she's firm about her innocence. She opted to go forward with her felony grand theft case trial.
The "Mean Girls" actress is being accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from jewelry store last January. Lohan claimed that "it was loaned to her and a stylist simply forgot to return".
The plea deal initially offered to her will include jail time but due to her rejection, she's due in court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.
Lohan is now facing a maximum of three years in prison plus an extended jail time if a judge decides she violated her probation in relation to her 2007 DUI.

It was something till Lindsay stole the necklace, now there holding back to see what happens to this case. I don’t think Lindsay is going to have a good year, this year...I just hope all the stress doesn’t end her in the Anna Nicole news.
