Julianne Moore to Play Sarah Palin for HBO

Oscar-nominated actress Julianne Moore has secured the role to portray former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin in an HBO's Game Change, a films adaptation based on Mark Halperin and John Heilemann’s bestselling book of the same name.

It will center on John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign, selecting then-little known Alaska governor as his running mate until their failure to be seated in power at the White House.

The film will be directed by Jay Roach and no names yet on who will play John McCain, Barack Obama, Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton.
