Christina Aguilera and her Boyfriend Matthew Rutler Arrested in Drunken Incident

Christina Aguilera was arrested for 'public intoxication’ in West Hollywood early Tuesday morning (March 1). She was taken into police custody for her own safety because she's "unable to care for herself". Also arrested is her boyfriend Matthew Rutler, who was cited for ‘Driving Under the Influence’.

Cops pulled over Matthew Rutler after they noticed that his driving erratically. Aguilera was a passenger.

The LA Sheriff’s Department has no intention to press charges against Aguilera so her mugshot is not going to be released to the public but bad for her, it was leaked online.
