Perry Moore, the executive producer of the 'Chronicles of Narnia' trilogy, was found dead in his W. Houston St. home on Thursday (February 17).
According to NY Post, his partner Hunter Hill found his body at the bathroom around 9:30 am and immediately called the paramedics but he was pronounced dead shortly after they arrived. OxyContin overdose is the initial result of the investigation.
The producer's father, Bill Moore says, "He was set to do some mighty good things. Parents are not meant to bury their children."
Moore and his partner Hunter Hill wrote and directed the 2008 "Lake City" starring Sissy Spacek and Rebecca Romijn. The 39 year-old Moore also wrote the young adult novel "Hero," about a gay superhero rejected by his teammates.
