Jaime Pressly talks about DUI and Divorce

Starting the year 2011 in the wrong foot, actress Jaime Pressly wants to set the record straight about the  January 5 DUI arrest and her divorce from entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.

Pressly explains that the two unfortunate situation are not connected. Her DUI arrest is not about her recent split with husband Simran.

The 33 year-old actress tells Extra:

"People thinking my divorce is happening because of the situation. Truth is: these are all isolated incidences."

Her concern to her 3-year-old son Desi is the reason why she opens up about this issues.

"I don't ever want my son grow up and read all these false statements."

"I have no problem saying that I'm responsible for my own actions. I'm also human and never claimed to be perfect."

Problem in her marriage.

"We fell in love quickly. We got married very quickly. It didn't work out the way we wanted it to. There's nothing more to it."

Meanwhile, Jaime Pressly needs a very convincing explanation as pleaded not guilty in her DUI arrest despite failing her field sobriety test.
