Sophie Monk is Engaged to 50 Year-Old Businessman Jimmy Esebag

Australian singer and actress Sophie Monk is taking her relationship one level higher as she announced her engagement to American businessman Jimmy Esebag!  The 50-year-old businessman is 20 years older than Aussie star.

In her interview for Australia’s 2Day FM radio show, she said: “I got engaged, and I kept it quiet so no-one’s heard much about him. He’s a “keeper”. It feels right. I think you know when you know.”

The 31 year-old actress described him as a "long-time friend, soul partner and a male version of myself."

Sophie has been previously linked to Ryan Seacrest, Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, Jason Statham and Kevin Connolly. Her relationship with her former boyfriend, surgeon John Diaz ended last year after catching him in bed with another woman.

Back to the age gap...Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
