Actress Keira Knightley and her actor, boyfriend Rupert Friend have decided to split, ending their 5-year romantic relationship.
Keira's father Will Knightley reveals to the British Sun, : "Yes, they have broken up. But that's the way things go, unfortunately. I've spoken to her recently. The only option is to get on with things.
"They were together for quite a long time and it is always hard breaking up. She's focused on her work."
Reportedly, being in the spotlight of fame is one of the reason that "affected the harmony in the relationship".
The 25-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actress met Rupert on the set of 2005’s movie adaptation of Pride & Prejudice.
