Music legend Willie Nelson will not be facing jail time after his marijuana possession landed as misdemeanor!
According to TMZ, "Cops initially thought Nelson had six ounces of weed -- which could have resulted in a felony charge. But now, officials have determined it was less than four ounces ... so Willie was slapped with a misdemeanor."
Willie Nelson after was busted for pot possession during a checkpoint at Sierra Blanca, Texas (November 26).
Willie will be fined for the misdemeanor charge.
