Montana Fishburne also known as Chippy D (porn star alyas) has decided to check herself into an inpatient facility that specializes in anger management, behavioral problems and mental illnesses.
She will be spending at least 30 days to conquer her anger issues and she will undergo diagnostic tests to determine if there are underlying behavioral or mental issues.
Montana is currently facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and her alleged victim is her boyfriend's ex. The incident happened last February.
It seems this is a move that they will present to the court. Montana is being represented by Shawn Chapman Holley (Lindsay Lohan's lawyer).
