Luck is still in the hands of actress Lindsay Lohan! After Judge Elden Fox sent her back to jail without bail due to probation vaiolation, Lindsay has been granted bail by another judge and her bail was set to $300,000.
Judge Patricia Schnegg reversed Judge Fox's bail decision and approved the writ of habeas corpus filed by Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley. The controversial actress must follow new directive from the court.
Lohan will be required to report back to authorities within 24 hours to be fitted for yet another SCRAM bracelet to ensure that she stays off the sauce for the next month.
She is also not allowed to possess any drugs or socialize with any known drug users, and she must be willing to submit to a law-enforcement search at any time, "with or without a warrant, probably cause or reasonable suspicion."
