Patricia Arquette & Thomas Jane getting Divorce

The Medium actress Patricia Arquette and actor Thomas Jane decided to split up again and now they are determine to divorce.

"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," his rep told People. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

The couple tied the knot on May of 2006. The two breakup back in January of 2009 but reconciled later in the year. They have one 7-year-old daighter Harlow Olivia Calliope.
