Actress Lindsay Lohan is now out of Lynwood Correction Facility and now she was taken to UCLA Medical Center to start her court required 90-day rehab treatment.
Lilo only served almost 14 days out of her 90-day jail sentence. She was discharged at 1:35 a.m. Monday August 2.
The controversial actress will be undergo a comprehensive program which will deal with her psychological and addiction problem. Reportedly, she will be treated for methamphetamine addiction and bipolar disorder.
After Lindsay completes her rehab, she will be subject for random drug and alcohol testing until Aug. 2011.

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley denies these allegations, saying, “I have never seen any psych report concerning Ms. Lohan which references a ‘bi-polar’ diagnosis or an addiction to ‘methamphetamine.’ I think this is a total fabrication.” Holley would not elaborate on what specific addition her client will undergo.Lindsay was originally headed to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach but Judge Marsha Revel changed her decision to UCLA after treatment and information concerns.
