Reality star Kim Kardashian cherish all people who appreciates her butt but making a bold move to be like her is a different story. Kim is now stopping a fan from undergoing plastic surgery so she can look just like her.
A fan tweeted, "I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her"
Kim reply with a big "No" and she added, "Pls dont. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside &out! Just as u are."
Concern with her fan's decision, Kim tweeted, "Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are."
In her past interview, Kim tried Botox once but she has not undergone any surgical procedures.
