The court granted a temporary restraining order to Jennifer Aniston against a delusional man who traveled cross-country to marry her and the terrifying part is, authorities found the crazy stalker carrying a sharp object, a bag and duct tape. The suspect Jason Peyton is now currently arrested and was placed in a psychiatric hold.
TMZ got legal details about the case: Peyton spent 8 days trying to find her and when he was taken into custody cops found carved messages in the paint of his car saying, "I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON."Jason is a very dangerous man. He has a long history of violence like stabbing himself and hitting his mother with a golf club. He was also arrested in 2008 in Pennsylvania for stalking another woman.
"Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker -- with a history of violence and criminal stalking -- who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry [Aniston], with whom he believes he is in a relationship.
Peyton must stay 100 yards away from her Aniston's home, work place and properties plus protection was given for Aniston's employees and family. A hearing is set on Aug. 9.[Photo courtesy by TMZ - Bauer Griffi]
