Actor Joseph Gannascoli, who is best known for playing a closeted gay Vito Spatafore on “The Sopranos”, was arrested in Tampa, Florida (June 18). He was charged with DUI.
The 51 year-old was pulled over after allegedly making a wide right turn and drifting between lanes. Officers noticed that he "had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol and slurred his speech".
His sobriety test registered at .111 on a Breathalyzer (legal limit of 0.08). Gannascoli was released after posting $500 bond.
