The Disney TV wizard looks adorably amazing in her blue two-piece bikini and she was joined by co-star Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy.
"Monte Carlo" is about three young women who all travel to Paris for a vacation and was mistaken for wealthy socialites.
She will be turning 18 on July 22.
