Details of Gary Coleman’s death certificate was finally released and the cause of death was described as a “closed head injury”, complicated by “chronic renal failure”.
Surprisingly, Coleman’s marital status listed as “married”. It was revealed recently after his death that he already divorced his wife Shannon Price back in 2008. TMZ is thinking that Shannon Price is the one who gave the information that is listed on the death certificate.
Coleman's former girlfriend Anna Gray, who he named as the sole beneficiary of his estate in a 2005 will is now seeking a restraining order against Shannon Price. Gray claims that Price is “invading Gary’s home and disposing of his property”.
