The iconic lady figure "Cleopatra" will return to the big screen and their eying Angelina Jolie to play the role.
According to USA Today, producer Scott Rudin has purchased the film rights to upcoming biography "Queen of the Nile, Cleopatra: A Life" by Stacey Schiff.
Rudin's office confirms that the project "is being developed for and with Jolie".
Author Stacy Schiff feels that Jolie is perfect for role, "Physically, she's the perfect look."
Elizabeth Taylor popularly played the role of Cleopatra in 1963.
The intriguing part is, Who will play role of Julius Caesar and her lover Mark Antony?
