Even though Lindsay Lohan escaped jail time after she posted bail, Judge Marshal Revel wants Lindsay to take responsibility for her actions.
The judge was clear on her decision as she requires Lindsay to wear a SCRAM bracelet, must attend alcohol education, does no drugs or alcohol and submit to random drug testing.
Judge Marsha Revel issued this initial disciplinary measures after LiLo faied to show up for a hearing last week in Beverly Hills and instead she attended the Cannes Film Festival in France.
