Naomi Campbell is now off the hook for the alleged assault after the driver who accused the supermodel retracted his statement and decided not to press charges against her.
Miodrag Mejdina's lawyer said that his client "got angry and overreacted" and now he Mejdina is saying that the incident "has been blown out of proportion". He is now apologizing to "Campbell for causing that to happen."
Last Tuesday, Miodrag told the cops that he was slapped and punched by Campbell from the back seat.
Naomi released statement that she is pleased that Mejdina has apologized and she wants to put the incident behind her.
