Another romantic comedy flick for Jennifer Lopez as she is in negotiations to star in a remake of the 1987 film "Overboard".
According to THR, "JLo will take the role of Goldie Hawn's character which is a wealthy spoiled woman who falls off her yacht and is taken to the hospital by a local, morally challenged carpenter (originally played by Kurt Russell). When she wakes up with amnesia, he convinces her she is his wife, thereby getting a free housekeeper for his four boys."
Will Smith and James Lassiter are co-producing this movie project.
Meanwhile, JLo's upcoming movie "The Back-Up Plan" will hit the theaters on April 23.
