"The Twilight" star Taylor Lautner has signed on to star in a 3D film about “Stretch Armstrong”, release date 2012.
"Stretch Armstrong" is about an uptight spy who stumbles across a stretching formula, which he takes and must now adjust to in everyday life and when fighting crime. -THR
Stretch Armstrong is an action figure released in 1970s and re-launched in the 1990s.
Another Hasbro brand "Battleship" has moved its release to May 25, anchoring the Memorial Day weekend of 2012.
Taylor is also set for Paramount-Mattel's upcoming project “Max Steel”.
