Remember Vanessa Hudgens' second set of nude photos released last August in which the said photos are actually belong to the same set of naked photos which was leaked in 2007 and after its released, Vanessa's lawyer is demanding all websites to take the racy photos down.
Now, Vanessa's camp want to teach and punish the website who refused to take down her nude self portrait. www.moejackson.com is the first website to be sued and according to the court documents, "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

According to TMZ, "Vanessa is suing the owners of www.moejackson.com, claiming the website posted and refused to take down nude, "self portrait photographs" taken in a private home. The photos were taken on a cell phone. The suit doesn't mention the photos show Vanessa naked, but the pics on the site tell the story."Aside from removing her racy photos from the site, expect big amount of damages for the usual reason "emotional trauma".
Interestingly, Vanessa registered the nude photos with the U.S. Copyright Office."
