To prevent rumors and misunderstanding about having intimate relationship in a work place, TV host Jimmy Kimmel came clean announcing that he is dating Molly McNearney - co-head writer in Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Reportedly, "After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked. They're really happy together." Insider added, "during work hours, they keep things professional."

This is the first woman Kimmel dated since his split up with Sarah Silverman last March.

Is is a good move in preventing a situation like what happened to David Letterman's sexual extortion scandal.
