Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart are firing back to the website that posted their naked threesome tape. The couple, who appeared with former teen beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche are suing Gawker Media for copyright infringement for more than $1 million.

The couple's camp claim that "maliciously" distributed the uncensored copy of the nude video.
