Cristine Reyes replaced Heart Evangelista in “Patient X”

Richard Gutierrez will now be teaming up with FHM Philippines' sexiest woman Cristine Reyes in upcoming horror-thriller film “Patient X” after Heart Evangelista decided to drop out.

Richard reveals that Heart Evangelista recently got ill and there are scenes that will be too much for her.

The director of the movie Yam Laranas blogged:

"With regrets, we let go of Heart Evangelista as part of the cast.

WITH GREATEST EXCITEMENT, WE WELCOME CRISTINE REYES."

It is co-produce by GMA Films and Viva Films and ready to hit the theaters this coming Halloween.
