"Total Recall" remake has a writer

The futuristic sci-fi flick "Total Recall" will have a remake and Columbia has found the writer that will work on the script. He is the same writer who is now working with Angelina Jolie's upcoming spy movie "Salt".

According to Variety, Columbia Pictures has set Kurt Wimmer to write "Total Recall," the remake of the 1990 sci-fi pic that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I'm thinking, how different it will be with Arnold Schwarzenegger original version?
