Still into her "hated the spotlight-doesn't care" look, the "Angelic face" Kristen Stewart arrives at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards event wearing the classic Converse All-Stars sneakers with her nice cute black and red mini-dress.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart bagged the MTV's Best Kiss Award but Twilight fans was surely frustrated-disappointed when the on-screen couple breaks the winner's tradition of kissing on stage.
