Kevin Spacey played the shrink/Dr. Henry Carter while Robin Williams, Saffron Burrows, Jack Huston, Griffin Dunne, Pell James, Robert Loggia, Keke Palmer, Laura Ramsey, Gore Vidal, Dallas Roberts and Mark Webber play the various Hollywood characters who are his clients.
