Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly have agreed to a settlement with Cedars-Sina Medical Center for the accidental treatment that almost killed Quaid's twin babies.
The settlement stated that Cedars will pay each child $250,000 and will provide future medical care for the children if they experience problems related to the hospital mishap.
According to TMZ, the docs says that the babies have "not recovered completely from the effects of the injuries." The docs says "the overdose has subjected the [children] to emotional and possible future injuries..."
Quaid and his wife Kimberly Buffington had previously settled with Cedars last December for $750,000.
