With this stage of her career, the lovely Vanessa Hudgens seems doesn't want her legal problems like the lawsuit filed by her former manager/producer to be a hindrance that will bother her time and mind.
The HSM star decided to settled her problem with music producer Johnny Vieira. The said charges was filed after Vieira claims that he was dumped by the Hudgens's camp and refused to honor a deal they inked before she made it big.
Reaching an "amicable resolution", Hudgens' lawyer tells TMZ, "My client appreciates Mr. Vieira's efforts early in her recording career. We're glad to be able to resolve the issues in a mutually agreeable fashion."
Details of the (monetary) agreement are not yet available, but definitely Vieira will get a piece of the pie....
Meanwhile, she will be working with the upcoming teenage romance flick "Beastly" with Alex Pettyfer, a modern retelling of the timeless Beauty and the Beast story.
