Lindsay Lohan got a new job in "The Other Side"

Lindsay Lohan has admitted previously that she blames her "Sicko Fans" on the reason why she couldn't land on great role/job but now she will need those fans to watch her new forthcoming movie.

Lindsay has been cast for an indie fantasy comedy "The Other Side" alongside Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette.

According to Variety, Shooting is set for October at an island off the coast of Massachusetts.

"Story centers on a grad student who must spend the summer working at a scientific institute on a remote island. She discovers an eccentric community of characters who are hiding a secret about a tragedy that took place many years before."

Director David Michaels said that, "Lindsay's very aware of people's perceptions of her. She's really committed to doing what she has to in order to change that."

The controversial actress last major film is 2007's I Know Who Killed Me and her 2008 movie "Labor Pains" which went straight to cable.
