Mel Gibson was granted with a new divorce court judge

Maybe Mel Gibson's talent in "What Women Want" now works with a divorce court judge as he feels that he "cannot have a fair and impartial trial or hearing before Judge Ongkeko."

A he requested to remove Judge Rafael Ongkeko, UsMag confirmed that the case was reassigned to Judge Frederick Shaller "for all future court proceedings".

According to the documents, Kaufman said that Ongkeko is "prejudiced against Respondent and/or the Respondent’s attorney or the interest of Respondent so that affiant against cannot or believes that he and/or Respondent cannot have a fair and impartial trial or hearing before Judge Ongkeko."

Robyn Gibson stated that irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. The divorce preceding is staring to become nasty.
