Kelly Rutherford aka Lily van der Woodsen of the Gossip Girls wants to end her marriage with her second husband, Daniel Giersch. Kelly filed for divorce last December 30, 2008. As expected, her divorce reason "irreconcilable differences." Their marriage lasted two years.
The sad things is the 40 years-old actress is expecting a second child, she is due this coming June.
Hermés Gustaf Daniel Giersch is their first child, he is now two years-old. The couple was married in August 2006.
