Aside from her recent problem in her relationship, Jennifer Love Hewitt has something to be glad about. Hewitt's restraining order request against 62-year-old stalker has been granted.
The court order David Nolte to stay away from Jennifer Love Hewitt and family for the next three years.
According to Hewitt's papers, the stalker Nolte is sending her more than 100 ridiculously graphic letters having violent and sexual fantasies. Nolte even sold his home in Colorado and moved to Los Angeles to be closer to Hewitt.
