Since last year rumors and speculations are roaming around the net of the young international singing sensation Charice Pempengco that she will perform on the inauguration of US president-elect Barack Obama in Washington on January 20.
In a recent development according to ABS-CBN, Charice's mom Racquel Pempengco confirms that indeed her daughter will do a performance in the said historic inauguration.
