It seems the ex-beauty queen and Pinoy Big Brother housemate Riza Santos is always having problem in his work or the people she is working with.
Riza got to a misunderstanding to GMA artist like Katrina Halili and their is also an issue with her co-star Ruffa Gutierrez in ABS-CBN's Betty La Fea. Now, the company that she endorses is also asking her to pay a six-digit amount for her no-show at mall tours (as a part of a contract).
Riza defended that accusation by filing a lawsuit against the clothing company. Her reason was she had to go home to Canada to fulfill her military duties and she wasn't advised by her talent management group handling her which is Viva Artists Agency (VAA) about the mall tour dates.
But according to VIVA, that Riza is indeed inform that she had to leave for Canada because she was "recalled for military service as a Canadian citizen" but VAA discovered that she never left the country, neither did she go to Canada on the day she informed VAA that she was leaving.
Rumors that the former beauty queen underwent plastic surgery.
When she was interviewed in TV Patrol, she answered about the surgery issue: Riza admitted that she didn't leave the country but said, "I don't see what does that have to do with the lawsuit [with the clothing company]."
"It's a personal issue," added her mom. "Whatever she does with her is nobody's business. It's her body—which is not true."
