This entry can be consider as one of the underdog in the upcoming 2008 Metro Manila Film Festival in terms of projected gross sales. The only plus in this film is the storyline which based to a real life story and the award winning cast.

I'm talking about the drama flick "Magkaibigan" of Maverick Films. It is the story of two best friends, one of whom is stricken with cancer. It is based on the friendship of two actors Jinggoy Estrada and Rudy Fernandez.

Starring Christopher de Leon, Senator Jinggoy Estrada, Maricel Laxa, Dawn Zulueta, AJ Perez, Empress Shuck, Tirso Cruz III, Bobby Andrews, Ryan Julio and Justine Plummer.
